What Hurts the Most?


       Pain with a purpose is often easier to bear than pain that seems nonsensical. When you love someone even though they hurt you and break your heart, you still love them with all the little pieces of your vain in your heart. 

But losing someone you love so much in death is a pain you will not easily recover from. Why? 
People use to say, "time is a healer". But time doesn't really heal the heart (really wish it could)... It just makes the heart forget all the pain. At times, It hurts so much when you face the reality of what you see in the movie... prompting one to ask,, if life is a movie itself... or What do you think?

       Time is such a moving train. It change, so is Priority; and no matter how hard you try, you know life will never be perfect, or remain the same. Whatever you do with your life is up to you now. Waste it, and you lose it to unhappiness.. Improve it, and you will be able to enjoy the privilege of keeping your head high up above the crowd. I learnt that some time ago when i lost my mom to an eternal rest.

        My mom’s incident, broke my bones, affected my relationship, and weakens my spirit... and each day, I feel like I was slowly giving up and fading away... Little did I realize that there were people who were looking up to me for courage. They needed me to be strong so that they too could be strong to face the harsh reality of life itself. She was the source of my inspiration and to them.


Do not give up
        
        Everyone hurts sometimes. The realization of this may not lessen your pain, but it can help you to feel less alone. Like me, you might seek comfort from others who understand what you are going through.

 This can also help you to learn how others overcome their difficulties, and motivate you to overcome yours.

        I already know what giving up feels like. I want to see what happens if I don’t. When bad things happen, keep on holding on and don’t jump off the train.

       I hate missing someone and not being able to do something about it.

       It has become a daily practice to me, feeling as if she has traveled and hoping to see her someday again. That is why I will never give up... Now, I am only strong because I believe Life itself is not a problem to be solved... but a reality to be experienced (as precious as it is).

      The creator have made everything beautiful in its time. He has even put eternity in our heart; yet we will never find out the work that the true God has made from start to finish.

      You are not left out. It involved us all... Your view matters.

      But good people die too early (sad).

      Sometimes,, you have to cry out all your tears... to make room for a heart full of smiles... So, fixing our minds on the things we do not have will not only leave us restless but will ever create a void in our heart.

Appreciate your possession,,,, the little you are privileged to contribute in life and be happy while doing so. You may not have that opportunity again.


Think not only of yourself

       When the worse have happened in a family, everyone in the family needs encouragement to have strength. Some are easily ignored due to their slow response to stimuli, coupled with our own busy schedule and responsibility.

        No matter what happens always try your best to reach out to everyone. Being ignored is the worst feeling ever. Their silence is just another word for their pain.


What next:

a. Focus still remains the key.
b. Envy nobody and No Play.


Fulfill your dream

         Even if your path does seem stormy today, stay focused on your destination. What is to give light must endure burning. 

When the worse have happen, and you know that there is absolutely nothing you can do to make things back the way they were, you don’t have to kill yourself. 

Getting knocked down in life is a giving... Getting up and moving forward is a choice. They say, life is not fair; but get use to it. Train your mind to see the good in every situation including your relationship.

Remember, what is to give light must endure burning. Keep moving ahead. Never let yourself down and never give up.

i.  Start where you are,
ii.  Use what you have,
iii.  And Do what you can,


What you can do:

1. Keep a positive and realistic attitude.
2. Learn and practice relaxation techniques
3. Eat healthy, avoid too much sugar, and focus on fruit
4. Manage your time wisely
5. Get enough rest and sleep
6. Spend time with people you love.

Life is not getting younger, neither you. Remember, time waits for no man.

Em.. Wait... You are anxious my friend... But why?

Is it because of something you don't have? Or something you have but not satisfied?

Or,,,

Maybe you just realised, that you can still be happy, despite not having everything.
